The Life Strategies Groups are for adults living with AD/HD. The groups are designed to be taken as a series. Some group members are newly diagnosed, while others have known about the diagnosis for years. Some find out about the groups on the internet and others are referred by the PCP, ND, Therapist, Coach, or Psychiatrist.
Life Strategies Groups start every three months. October, January, April, and July.

Resources is a non-profit organization that provides education, information, referrals, and support for any adult and young adult who is exploring the issues of living with the symptoms of ADHD.
In addition, the resources and meetings are available to anyone who just wants more information about ADHD. The meetings are a great place to connect with other ADHD adults and ADHD professionals. A speaker (usually a professional from the greater Puget Sound area familiar with ADHD) is scheduled for each meeting.
Attend one of the free monthly meetings. Go to the ADD Resources website for detailed information about Groups (Parents, Adults), upcoming conferences and workshops and a wealth of resources, including a lending library with extensive collection of current ADHD literature, tapes, and videos.
This FREE group meets the third Wednesday of every month, 79 PM in the Plaza Cafeteria, meeting room A, University of Washington Medical Center. Contact Don Baker at 206 617 6206 or Pete Terlaak 206 525 6902 for more information about the group.
Partners/ Spouses Support Group meets in conjunction with the ADD Resources Adult Group at the same time. The group is facilitated by a local area professional.
